Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Mexican crema
  • 1 cup Cotija cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 limes
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Quarter corn lengthwise to create 'ribs'
  2. Season with oil and spices
  3. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes
  4. Mix mayo, crema, and lime juice for sauce
  5. Top with sauce, cotija, chili powder, and cilantro
