A fun twist on Mexican street corn.

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Mexican crema
- 1 cup Cotija cheese
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 limes
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Quarter corn lengthwise to create 'ribs'
- Season with oil and spices
- Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes
- Mix mayo, crema, and lime juice for sauce
- Top with sauce, cotija, chili powder, and cilantro
