Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and sweetener
- Divide mixture between 4 jars
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- In the morning, add your favorite toppings
